Job Title: Production AssociateLocation: Cokato, MNCompensation: $22.00 per hour - paid weeklySchedule: 1st Shift | 6:00am-3:00pm or 7:30am-4:00pm | Monday-FridayJob Type: Long-Term TempAbout the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Associates for a leading sauna manufacturing company in Cokato, MN. Earn $22.00 per hour on a steady Monday-Friday schedule with weekly pay. We have immediate openings, and qualified candidates may be able to start as soon as the next business day after completing the hiring process. We have immediate openings and qualified candidates may be able to begin work as soon as the next business day.What You'll Do as a Production Associate:

Set up and operate wood-sawing machinery
Operate drill presses, routers, sanders, planers, and wood nailing machines
Read and interpret drawings to determine dimensions, shapes, and specifications
Select the best materials and lengths for each job
Contribute to departmental quality control efforts
Demonstrate consistent initiative to produce high quality work
Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures
Report unsafe acts, accidents, and near miss incidents
Operate equipment only when trained and authorized
Maintain clean and organized work areas

What You Need to Bring to the Production Associate Role:

6+ months of experience working in a manufacturing environment
Experience working with power & hand tools
Basic math and writing skills, ability to use a tape measure
Ability to read and understand blueprints/drawings
Ability to lift 75–100 pounds occasionally with or without reasonable accommodations
Strong attention to quality
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
