Production Team Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, deposit, and spread gummy products according to specifications
Monitor product quality, weights, and in-process checks
Operate, set up, and clean production equipment
Accurately complete batch records and production documentation
Communicate effectively during shift handoffs and issue escalation
Follow SOPs, GMP/cGMP guidelines, and production KPIs

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or GED, 18+
Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent communicator who works well in a team environment
At least 2 years of experience in food, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or chemical manufacturing
GMP or cGMP experience preferred
Working knowledge of ERP systems for production tracking and documentation
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and use precision tools (scales, pH meters, refractometers)
