Job Description

Seal & Design, Inc. is a family owned company founded in Clarence, NY with three divisions located across the U.S. and Canada. Our product line includes gaskets, o-rings, seals, molded products, die-cut foams, and many other specific products for all kinds of sealing applications. We provide superior products to our customers across many industries, including: Automotive, Medical, Military, Aerospace, Electronics, Power Generation, Hydraulics, and HVAC.

We are looking for a Production Associate to join our team, on second shift!

Monday - Thursday- 2:15 PM - 12:45 AM
Pay Rate: $21-25.50 (Plus an additional dollar for shift differential)

Overview: Fabricate orders according to job specifications with an eye towards process improvement, quality and meeting or exceeding job productivity and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities:

Operate machinery safely according to company policies
Perform secondary inspection and advise supervisor of shortfalls in quality and temporarily suspends sorting until issue is resolved
Cross train and assist in other departments as required

Requirements

To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following regarding:

Experience: 1 year of manufacturing experience

Education: HS Diploma

Skills: Proficiency working in a computer supported environment with business software, basic math and language skills, strong attention to detail

Characteristics: Results driven, ability to take initiative and challenge the status quo, ability to meet deadlines and work in a team atmosphere to deliver results
