Job Description
We are currently hiring dependable Production Associates for a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Utah County. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, working as part of a team, and contributing to a production process that supports quality products from start to finish.
Location: Springville, UT
Pay: $16.00/hour
Shift (A Shift):
- Thursday: 5:30 AM 6:00 PM
- Friday: 4:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 4:00 AM 2:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment and assist with manufacturing processes
- Package, label, inspect, and prepare products for shipment
- Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Monitor product quality and report any defects or concerns
- Assist with line setup, material handling, and changeovers as needed
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Must be reliable with strong attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
