Production Assembler
Pay Rate - 20.50/hour
Lebanon, NH
The Production Assembler supports the manufacturing process by performing a wide range of tasks involved in building high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
• Read, interpret, and follow safety rules, work instructions, blueprints, and compliance documents
• Use measuring tools such as rulers, eye loops, digital scales, and thickness gauges
• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE (gloves, safety glasses, smocks, steel-toed shoes)
• Perform scanning and soldering tasks with accuracy and process understanding
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow equipment maintenance procedures
• Troubleshoot and support continuous improvement efforts as part of a team
• Report equipment issues, defects, or production problems to management
• Support lean initiatives and apply improvement tools
• Cross-train across departments as needed
• Order supplies from stock and assist with general production needs
• Assemble components by positioning, aligning, crimping, staking, screwing, bolting, riveting, welding, soldering, cementing, or press-fitting parts
• Apply conformal coatings (Polyurethane or UV) when required
• Participate in painting processes including pre-paint, paint, and post-paint
• Mount electronic components such as transformers, resistors, capacitors, ICs, and sockets onto chassis or panels
