Job SummaryA leading fresh produce distribution company in Hartford, CT is seeking dependable warehouse workers to grade product quality and prepare items for shipment. This is a full-time, hands-on role in a temperature-controlled cooler environment (45 55 F).

Location: 105 Reserve Rd, Hartford, CT 06114Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 5:00 PM (employees expected to remain until assigned work is completed)Hours: 8 hours/day, 40 hours/weekTravel: None requiredContract Duration: Ongoing assignment; multiple positions available (4 openings)Compensation: Competitive rate

Key Responsibilities

• Grade products for quality control and repack cases into smaller increments

• Assemble boxes, apply labels, and stack/stock packages for shipment

• Clean and sanitize work area in accordance with sanitation and safety procedures

• Follow Safe Quality Food (SQF) standards for handling and production

• Maintain consistent productivity throughout shift

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Ability to maintain an acceptable productivity level

• Steel toe or composite toe boots (ankle-covering) required starting Day 1

• Willingness to work in a cooler environment (45 55 F)

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required

• Prior warehouse, food production, or quality control experience a plus (not required)
