Job Description
Are you dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a high-energy production setting? We’re hiring Production Associates for a growing manufacturer that specializes in temperature-sensitive containers used by medical facilities across the country. Our products play a critical role in protecting essential medical materials — and we’re looking for team members who take pride in quality and performance.

Production Associates Compensation and Hours:
- $18.00 – 19.80 an hour
- 1st shift Hours--5:30am-2:00pm (availability to work 3:30am-2:00pm for overtime)
- 2nd shift Hours—2:30pm-11:00pm (availability to work 2:30pm-1:00am for overtime)
- Must be able to work scheduled overtime hours
Production Associates Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to work at a steady, productive pace
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a large team setting
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred (but not required
Production Associates Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet daily and hourly production goals in a fast-paced environment
- Assemble and package temperature-sensitive medical containers
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet strict standards
- Work collaboratively within a large team to maintain workflow efficiency
- Follow safety and production procedures consistently
