Production Associate 1st shift Ready to join a hardworking team? We're looking for Production Associates to support daily production operations, keep the facility clean and organized, and help produce quality products in a safe manufacturing environment.Job Duties
- Work on the production line loading bags into production machines.*
- Monitor equipment and production flow to help ensure efficient operations.*
- Maintain a clean and organized work area by sweeping floors and removing debris.*
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies while working in the facility.*
- Inspect materials and report any quality or equipment concerns to a supervisor.*
- Assist with general production and warehouse duties as assigned.*
- Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.*
- Operate a forklift when needed; forklift experience is a plus but not required. Company-provided forklift certification is available.*
- Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment throughout each shift.*
- Perform other duties as assigned to support daily production needs.
