- Assemble roof and floor trusses according to specifications*
- Read and follow production drawings and work instructions*
- Operate hand tools, pneumatic tools, and production equipment safely*
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality*
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment*
- Assist with other production duties as assigned
- Manufacturing, construction, or production experience preferred but not required*
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment*
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic*
- Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 105 lbs*
- Ability to bend, twist, stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
