This is a temp-to-hire position offering competitive pay and consistent hours.Location: Cozad, NEPosition Type: Temp-to-HirePayDay Shift: $17.75 per hourNight Shift: $19.60 per hourAvailable Shifts (12-Hour Rotating Schedule)Production team members work a rotating schedule:

Work 2 days on
2 days off
3 days on
Every other weekend required

Day Shift: 6: 00 AM 6: 00 PMNight Shift: 6: 00 PM 6: 00 AMThis schedule provides full workdays with rotating days off built in.What You ll Be DoingAs a Production Team Member, you will help keep production operations running efficiently. Duties include:

Stacking plastic/vinyl fencing materials
Cutting plastic/vinyl fence components
Monitoring production lines and checking water levels
Performing general labor tasks to support production
Maintaining a safe and organized work environment

What to Expect

Standing, lifting, and bending during 12-hour shifts
Physical, hands-on work environment
Steel-toed boots required
Strong emphasis on safety, attendance, and reliability
