Looking for a stable manufacturing job with a rotating schedule that gives you built-in days off? Associated Staffing is hiring Production Associates for a growing company in Cozad. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers competitive pay, 12-hour shifts and the chance to build a long-term career.Position: Production AssociateLocation: Cozad, NEPay:
- Day Shift: $17.75/hr
- Night Shift: $19.60/hr
- 12-hour rotating shifts
- Day Shift: 6: 00 AM 6: 00 PM
- Night Shift: 6: 00 PM 6: 00 AM
- Work 2 days on, 2 days off, then 3 days on
- Every other weekend required
- Stack and cut plastic/vinyl fencing
- Monitor production lines and ensure equipment has adequate water
- Perform general production and labor tasks
- Assist with maintaining a safe and productive work environment
- Excellent attendance and reliability
- Ability to stand, bend and lift throughout a 12-hour shift
- Steel-toed boots required
- Ability to work the rotating schedule, including every other weekend
