Job Description
Essential Functions
- Help with production, including assembly, sanding, and machine operation
- Follow written or demonstrated instructions
- Keep work area clean and safe
- Communicate well with coworkers and supervisors
- Perform other tasks as needed
- May use hand tools such as drills, tape measures, sanders, and staple guns
- May operate machinery (training provided)
- Required PPE includes safety glasses and ear plugs
- Must be 18 or older
- Basic reading and writing skills
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to bend and twist throughout the shift
- Good attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced, loud environment
- Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM until work is finished (no later than 5:00 PM)
- Occasional Saturdays if needed
