Schedule1st Shift: Monday– Thursday, 5: 00 AM– 3: 00 PM2nd Shift: Monday– Thursday, 3: 00 PM– 1: 00 AMFriday overtime may be available.Job DescriptionIMKO Workforce Solutions is hiring Production Associates for Adams Thermal Systems in Canton, SD. This is a hands-on manufacturing position working with production equipment and assembling components.Responsibilities include:
- Operate production machinery and equipment
- Assemble components and finished products
- Perform changeovers and basic equipment adjustments
- Inspect products for quality
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues
- Complete production logs and documentation
- Perform basic preventative maintenance
- Follow all safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Must be able to read, understand, and communicate in English effectively enough to follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production documentation
- Strong attention to safety and quality
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
