  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Dependability and the ability to meet reliable attendance and punctuality standards

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll provide hands-on creative and production support across the organization, helping ensure UVVC’s marketing materials are engaging, accurate, on brand, and delivered on time.

You’ll:

  • Develop creative assets supporting marketing campaigns, clinic launches, promotional initiatives, and organizational priorities
  • Update and adapt existing materials using approved templates and brand standards
  • Prepare print-ready files, review proofs, manage revisions, and complete final quality checks
  • Create localized versions, updates, and reprints of marketing materials for clinics across our growing footprint
  • Manage assigned creative projects and deliverables from concept through final production
  • Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager and Creative Marketing Specialist to prioritize projects and balance creative workloads
  • Maintain brand consistency across print, digital, and web-based materials
  • Organize and maintain templates, design files, images, production files, and other creative assets
  • Support marketing inventory updates and reordering needs as assigned
  • Assist with the design, development, and maintenance of website pages and digital content
  • Make website updates using WordPress or other content management systems and apply basic HTML knowledge for formatting and troubleshooting
