Position Overview
Seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production / Inventory Coordinators to support manufacturing and production operations in a fast-paced aerospace environment. This role is responsible for processing and moving materials, monitoring inventory flow, updating production systems, and supporting production schedules while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.
Candidates should have experience in manufacturing, inventory control, material handling, forklift operation, or warehouse coordination environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and move materials into and out of storage and production areas
- Support production flow using standard work instructions
- Monitor work-in-process and inventory availability
- Update automated inventory and production systems
- Identify and resolve material discrepancies and shortages
- Coordinate with production teams to avoid schedule delays
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Maintain strong attention to safety, quality, and detail
- Support production operations in a high-paced manufacturing environment
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing, warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience
- Forklift experience preferred
- Experience with inventory systems, material tracking, or production coordination preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand/walk throughout the shift
- Must be able to work all shifts as business needs change
- High School Diploma or GED required
- U.S. person required for export compliance

Shift Options
- 1st Shift: 5:30 AM–2:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM–5:30 AM
Additional Information
- OJT or classroom training required
- Successful completion of training is required for assignment continuation
- Drug screen and background check required upon offer acceptance
- Schedule may change based on production demands
