Job Description

Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech.US Citizenship/Permanent Resident Required.

Lead role for processing Manufacturing Change Notices (MCN's) and provide direction for implementation plan. • Review and analyze Technical Drawing Package (TDP) along with change documents and compare to current Manufacturing Bill Of Materials (MBOM) • Identify impact to MBOM configuration, routings, assembly setup, effectivity, material flow to the assembly floor and Work Instructions. • Work with other manufacturing functions to gather information related to current configuration of the (MBOM). • Arrange and conduct natural work team meetings to determine plan to implement changes and follow on task. • Provide technical input and guidance for problem solving.Required Education, Experience, & Skills : • 4-Year Technical Degree or Equivalent Experience • Experience with reading drawings for multiple programs (TDP) • Knowledge of Bill Of Materials (BOM) • Knowledge/Experience with Enterprise Product Data Management System (EPDM) • Experience using OBIEE to export file used to highlight changes to MBOM • Knowledge/Experience with Oracle. Item Master, Drawing File, Bills of Materials, Routings. • Knowledge/Experience with excel systems required. • Must be able to communicate both verbally and written. • Have an understanding of processes to build and make products such as sub-assembly , installation, machining, welding, paint, marking, etc. • Have an understanding of how to process non-conforming parts for re-work or upgrade by an outside service provider (OSP)
