About the Role
We are looking for a Production Design Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll help guide products through the full development and production lifecycle-partnering with customers, coordinating with our factory teams, and making sure every detail is right from concept through final delivery. If you enjoy managing projects end-to-end, solving problems proactively, and working closely with both creative and technical partners, you'll feel right at home here.
Positions Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to support product design and development, helping bring new headwear ideas to life
- Prepare, update, and manage all documentation (tech packs) - including materials, specs, trims, and artwork details - needed for accurate sampling and production
- Maintain clear, timely communication with customers throughout the development process, ensuring expectations are aligned and projects stay on track
- Coordinate and support daily communication with our factories, troubleshooting issues and keeping production running smoothly
- Maintain our internal systems and data with accuracy and consistency
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in apparel, design, and/or product development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of problem‑solving with both internal and external partners
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with ease
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the apparel or accessories industry
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator (preferred) and Photoshop (a plus)
