Production Engineering Manager

Pay Range: $130,000 to $150,000 + Robust BenefitsLocation: Fort Collins, COPosition Type: Direct Hire

How you'll spend your time as a Production Engineering Manager:

  • Lead manufacturing quality initiatives across production and customer facing outcomes.
  • Coach and mentor the Production Engineering team to grow their skills.
  • Own and improve factory work centers, processes, and equipment capability.
  • Oversee equipment calibration and maintenance for reliability and accuracy.
  • Partner with Design Engineering to support fast, manufacturable design updates.
  • Lead the Change Request process to align engineering with product changes.
  • Develop CAPEX plans for facility upgrades and equipment purchases.
  • Represent Production Engineering in strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts.

Skills & experience we'd like you to have as a Production Engineering Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in production or manufacturing engineering.
  • Prior experience leading, coaching, and developing a team.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing quality systems and process improvement.
  • Experience working cross functionally with design, supply chain, and operations.
  • Familiarity with CAPEX planning and equipment or facility investment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
