- Handling general labor duties, including material handling and equipment support*
- Following all safety guidelines and company standards to ensure a safe working environment*
- Quickly adapting to new responsibilities in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting
- Consistent work history required*
- Must have diesel forklift experience *
- Past Mill experience required *
- Machine Operator experience preferred*
- A High School Diploma or GED (preferred)*
- Strong adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills across different areas of production*
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work well under supervision*
- Reliability, good attendance, and a team-oriented attitude*
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including switching between day and night shifts on a weekly basis*
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks in a busy manufacturing environment
