JOB TITLE: (P) Production Inventory Control Coordinator - HIRING FAST!LOCATION: Sylmar, CAPAY RATE: $25-27/hour
We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Qualifying Questions:
Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations?
Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role?
Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?
Summary:
Perform hand soldering, wire harness assembly, and component bonding
Operate tools and equipment such as wire strippers, crimpers, soldering irons, and wire identification tools
Accurately complete all required documentation
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
Adhere to company policies and safety regulations
Demonstrate computer proficiency for information lookup and record-keeping (Excel, Word)
Work first or second shift, with overtime as required
Lift up to 35 lbs. and wear required protective gear (smock, hair cover, gloves)
Work effectively in a team environment with a positive attitude
Display strong verbal and written communication skills
Maintain accurate visual acuity for assembly tasks
After contractor training, may be selected for solder training (eye exam required if selected)
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED
1+ years of related work experience or equivalent vocational/technical training
Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented
Soldering experience is a plus
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
