Production Lead 1st Shift Hours: 6:00am4:30pm (MonThu)Pay: $28.50Overview:- Lead dry blending operations while ensuring food safety, quality, and production goals are met.Job Duties:- Oversee daily production, including scheduling, batching, staging materials, and meeting deadlines- Ensure accurate recipe execution, inventory control, and order fulfillment- Track and document ingredients, lot numbers, and production data- Maintain compliance with FDA, GMP, HACCP, SQF, and food safety standards- Complete required paperwork, sanitation (SSOP), and routine maintenance tasks- Coordinate with QA, food science, and maintenance teams- Lead, train, and coach team members while driving continuous improvement and 5S practicesJob Requirements:- High School Diploma/GED or 3+ years leadership experience in food production- Microsoft Office proficiency- Strong English communication skills- Lift up to 50 lbs regularly Why Join Advance Services, Inc- Weekly pay- Safety and attendance incentives- Referral bonuses- Fast and easy application process Apply today online or call (608) 531-1535 to get started.
