Are you a manufacturing leader looking to take your career to the next step? If so, a well-known manufacturer in the Textiles Industry is looking for a Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations for their Union, SC facility.

Lead production operations for facility in Union, S.C.
Participate in process improvement projects and Kaizen events
Mentor and train of new production associates
Promote/encourage high performance & positive culture
Work with multiple internal departments ensuring company production goals are met
Support safety standards ensuring that a strong safety culture is fostered throughout the facility

Type: Direct Hire To be a champion in this role, you will need:

Bachelors degree in a related field is highly preferred
3+ years of manufacturing/production leadership experience
Bilingual skillset (English/Spanish) will be a huge plus!
Prior experience in the Textiles Industry will be a huge plus!
Strong understanding of production operations and process improvement
Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
