Job Description

Our fast-paced client located in Brattleboro, VT is looking for a Production Manager to join their growing team!Your qualifications for the Production Manager position are as follows:

5+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a regulated industry (e.g., food, supplements, pharmaceuticals)
3-5 years leadership/supervisory experience
Working knowledge of FDA regulations and GMP systems (21 CFR 110, 111)
Bachelors degree preferred

$75K-95K/year, depending on experience

Full-time, first-shift schedule

For the Production Manager position your duties will include:

Lead and develop team members, providing a strong and visible presence on the production floor
Oversee planning, coordination, and control of manufacturing processes
Ensure products meet safety, efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery standards
Use KPIs and production metrics to monitor performance, identify issues, and drive corrective actions
Other tasks as assigned
