MileOne Autogroup is looking for an experienced Body Shop Production Manager to join our growing collision center team. This role is responsible for managing daily shop production, ensuring repairs are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily body shop production and workflow
- Assign and monitor repair work for body technicians and painters
- Ensure repairs are completed on time and within quality standards
- Work closely with estimators, parts departments, and insurance partners
- Monitor cycle time, productivity, and shop efficiency
- Maintain strong communication with technicians and service staff
- Ensure all repairs meet OEM and safety standards
- Assist with scheduling, quality control checks, and final inspections
- Foster a positive, team-focused work environment
Qualifications
- Previous collision center or body shop leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and estimating
- Experience managing technicians and shop workflow
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple repair jobs simultaneously
- I-CAR certification or equivalent experience preferred
- Valid driver's license
