Production Manager - Kentucky An advanced manufacturing organization supporting next-generation energy storage technologies is seeking a Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations within a high-performance industrial environment. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, maintaining high safety and quality standards, and supporting the production of specialty materials used in critical industrial and battery-related applications.The successful candidate will lead site production activities while promoting a strong culture of safety, reliability, quality, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
- Execute production plans to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards.*
- Optimize utilization of manpower, equipment, and raw materials across all operating shifts.*
- Lead production quality control efforts to achieve operational and customer satisfaction objectives.*
- Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable ISO, IATF, and internal quality standards.*
- Develop and manage production budgets while controlling operating expenses and improving cost efficiency.*
- Drive operational reliability by reducing process variability and improving manufacturing consistency.*
- Lead, coach, and develop production personnel while supporting performance-based management initiatives.*
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to align operational priorities and site objectives.*
- Support implementation and maintenance of environmental, health, safety, and quality management systems in accordance with applicable industry standards.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related technical discipline required.*
- Minimum of five years of manufacturing experience, including at least three years in a supervisory or leadership role.*
- Strong knowledge of:*

- Production planning and capacity management* *
- Budget development and cost control* *
- Continuous Improvement methodologies* *
