Join a premier manufacturing team as a Production Worker in Rockland, ME and make an impact every day. As a Production Worker, you’ll play a key role in the craftsmanship and assembly of high-quality products. You’ll work closely with the production department to deliver results that make a difference.What You’ll Do: As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for:
  • Perform various labor tasks essential to the manufacturing process, including sanding, painting, and carpentry.*
  • Utilize manual and motorized carpentry tools to shape and assemble various components.*
  • Work with fiberglass and resins to ensure structural integrity and a high-quality finish.*
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace while handling chemicals and materials according to safety protocols.*
  • Wear required personal protective equipment, including respirators and N95 masks, which requires successful fit testing.*
  • Execute repetitive movements and stand for long periods on a cement floor.
What You’ll Bring: The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Experience in labor, production, or manufacturing settings.*
  • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to workplace safety.*
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and physical examination.*
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.*
  • Tolerance for working in environments with dust, odors, and industrial chemicals.
