Job Title: Production OperatorLocation: Marshall, MNCompensation: $17.00 per hour - paid weeklySchedule: 1st Shift | 7:00am-4:30pm | Monday-FridayJob Type: Temp-to-hireAbout the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Operators for a leading manufacturing supplier located in Marshall, MN. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as the Production Operator:

Operate equipment to perform alignment, masking, potting, encapsulating, epoxy, and color coding
Read work orders, follow production drawings, and sample assemblies
Tend to machine that wind, solder, and test components
Perform online testing and inspection to ensure parts/assemblies meet production specifications
Assemble components, attach hardware, and adjust/trim material to achieve electrical characteristics

What You Need to Bring to the Production Operator Role:

Ability to use a microscope for 8 hours daily and follow instructions
Strong and effective verbal and written communication
Strong attention to detail
Ability to sit for an entire shift
Willingness to work with small parts
