You'll collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations, handle packaging materials, operate basic equipment, and uphold safety standards daily.What Youll Do As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Manually preparing and packaging products according to established quality standards.*
- Conducting quality control checks by verifying package counts, dates, weights, and visual appearance.*
- Folding, taping, and labeling boxes to prepare items for shipment.*
- Stacking finished products onto pallets and organizing for distribution.*
- Safely operating equipment such as pallet jacks, tapers, and shrink wrap machines.*
- Moving pallets and finished products throughout the production area, often in varying temperature environments.*
- Following safety protocols and keeping a clean, organized workspace at all times.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments preferred.*
- Basic math skills and keen attention to detail.*
- The ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.*
- Physical ability to lift, move, and stack products safely.*
- Steel-toed rubber boots are required for safety.*
- Flexibility to adapt to temperature fluctuations and production demands.
