· 3+ years of production planning or scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment; experience with heavy industrial, machining, or custom‑engineered products is a strong plus.

· Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., Epicor, SAP, Oracle, or similar).

· Strong understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, welding, fabrication, and assembly.

· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and BOMs.

· Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.

· Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other planning tools

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in engineered‑to‑order (ETO) or make‑to‑order (MTO) environments.

· Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.

· Background in water‑control equipment, gates, or heavy industrial products.

· Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment

Work Environment:
