Production Specialist Urgently hiring in South Portland!Job Title: Production SpecialistPay: $20/Hr. Hours: Full-Time, (4) 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 5:30pmStart Date: ASAP Looking for a rewarding career in a collaborative environment? As a Production Specialist, you'll play a vital role in assembling and manufacturing a variety of products. You'll work closely with your team to ensure quality standards are met, while efficiently contributing to our production goals.What You'll Do As a Production Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Building knowledge of products to assemble and manufacture various product lines
- Performing routine work across all production areas with limited supervision
- Ensuring product quality using standard operating procedures, templates, training, and good judgment
- Working professionally and collaboratively as part of a team
- Supporting cross-departmental duties including warehousing and fulfillment
- Strong interest and ability to work hands-on in a team environment
- Excellent priority and time management skills
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn equipment operation
- Moderate computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Adaptability to a fast-changing work environment
- Self-motivation and strong analytical skills
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
