Relocation assistance is available for the right leader.What You'll LeadMultiple commercial roofing crews on active job sitesInstallation of flat roofing systems: TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, BUR, coatingsDaily jobsite safety, quality control, and productivity standardsCoordination with project managers, GCs, inspectors, vendors, and clientsCrew development, mentorship, and performance coachingJobsite logistics, equipment, cranes, warehouse operations, and inventoryMankato office and facility maintenance oversightWhat Success Looks LikeCrews operating safely, efficiently, and with prideProjects delivered on time, on budget, and to specStrong communication between field teams and leadershipProactive problem-solving and real-time decision-makingA culture of accountability and continuous improvementIdeal Background5+ years leading commercial flat roofing crews (superintendent or project manager level)Deep technical knowledge of commercial roofing systemsStrong understanding of OSHA and jobsite safety requirementsAbility to read blueprints and technical specificationsBilingual English/Spanish preferredValid driver's licenseVeterans: Leadership, operations, logistics, and crew management experience translate extremely well into this role.
