Up to $80K + Bonus

What You'll Do:
- Oversee daily production line operations to meet schedules, quality, and safety targets
- Lead, mentor, and develop hourly associates — building a culture of safety and teamwork
- Monitor yields, efficiencies, and labor utilization; report to management
- Ensure full GMP, food safety, and food defense compliance
- Conduct audits, safety inspections, and drive corrective actions
- Coordinate maintenance needs and recommend process/equipment improvements
- Manage payroll approvals and temporary staffing coordination
Must-Have Qualifications:
3+ years of Production Supervision experience in a manufacturing plant
Must be open to shift work (currently hiring for 3rd shift)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Word & Excel
Ability to meet physical demands of the role
