In this leadership role, you’ll oversee evening production operations across multiple departments, support safety and quality initiatives, and help ensure production goals are met on schedule. • Supervise and coordinate production activities across assembly, fabrication, paint line, and welding departments
• Enforce company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements
• Review production schedules, labor hours, and time records to meet shipping deadlines
• Recommend and implement improvements to production methods, equipment, and processes
• Support employee training, performance management, and disciplinary actions as needed
• Coordinate equipment maintenance, repairs, and inspections
• Lead shop meetings and complete required daily, weekly, and monthly 5S tasks

What You Need to Bring to the Production Supervisor Role:

• Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to lead teams and resolve production or personnel issues effectively
• Understanding of shop math, blueprint interpretation, and production workflows
• Experience using Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Dynamics AX or D365 preferred)
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance
• Strong communication skills and the ability to train and mentor employees
• Reliable attendance for a Monday–Thursday evening schedule
