Overview: Hands-on Production Supervisor needed to lead daily manufacturing operations, drive output, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.Responsibilities:
- Supervise production team and daily floor operations*
- Monitor output, efficiency, and quality metrics*
- Train, coach, and hold team accountable to performance standards*
- Troubleshoot production issues and minimize downtime*
- Ensure compliance with safety and company policies*
- Coordinate with maintenance, QA, and leadership teams
- 3+ years in a manufacturing/production leadership role*
- Strong understanding of production processes and KPIs*
- Experience managing teams in fast-paced environments*
- Ability to troubleshoot and make real-time decisions*
- Solid communication and leadership skills
- Experience with lean manufacturing / continuous improvement*
- Exposure to ISO environments (9001/13485)*
- ERP or production tracking systems
