Production Supervisor

One of my best clients is searching for a Production Supervisor for their third shift.  Their facility is in Northeast Alabama and in a very rural part of the state.  This position will oversee 20 nonunion associates and lead the night shift operation.  They are looking for a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced production environment.  They are looking for a motivated, bilingual (Spanish/English) Production Supervisor to join their team on 3rd shift and help drive excellence, safety, and efficiency in their meat processing operations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and support a team of production associates on 3rd shift
• Ensure production goals for quality, yield, and throughput are consistently met
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards
• Coordinate staffing, workflow, and daily shift activities
• Communicate clearly across departments and with team members in both English and Spanish
• Promote a positive, safe, and respectful work environment

What They Are Looking For

• Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred
• Previous experience in food manufacturing or meat processing
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Strong understanding of safety, HACCP, and USDA guidelines
• Ability to work independently on 3rd shift and make sound decisions
• Reliable, organized, and committed to continuous improvement
