YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 am–3:30 pm + overtime as needed

As our Production Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind a high‑performing wire harness production team. Your leadership will shape quality, efficiency, and team culture.

You will:

• Lead & Train: Supervise production associates, train on wire processing (layout, taping, crimping), and manage performance. Ensure accurate timekeeping for individuals and job completion.
• Own Quality: Maintain 100% compliance with product specifications and IPC standards. Perform final product inspections.
• Improve Processes: Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and increase wire harness build efficiency.
• Champion Safety: Enforce OSHA regulations, equipment safety, and all required training (onboarding, monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Oversee Equipment: Manage wire cutting, stripping, and crimping equipment; coordinate maintenance needs.
• Track & Report: Monitor KPIs, maintain accurate production records, and ensure data integrity.
• Support the Team: Provide clear instructions, uphold customer satisfaction standards, and reinforce our Vision, Mission, and Values.
• Manage Performance: Partner with the Branch Manager for timely, respectful performance conversations.
• Drive Results: Collaborate with leadership to meet and exceed business goals.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree/certification a plus)
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Industrial manufacturing experience preferred
• Wire harness or cable assembly experience preferred
• Epicor/Kinetics experience is a plus
• OSHA 10‑hour, First Aid, CPR, and BBP certifications are a plus
• Proficient in basic math skills (add, subtract) and use a tape measure.
• Proficient in basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of wire harness components (terminals, connectors, wire types) and assembly processes is preferred.
• 18+ years of age.
