Job Description

3rd Shift Production SupervisorThe 3rd Shift Production Supervisor will be responsible for:Overseeing 9+ employees on the manufacturing floor

Leading project teams, functional units, or multiple smaller groups within area of expertise.Overseeing budgets, staffing, and operational results to ensure business objectives are met.Managing individual contributors and, when applicable, other supervisors or team leads.Auditing processes and outputs to ensure compliance with production specifications.Maintaining accurate production records and generate required reports.Optimizing operations to deliver high-quality products while controlling costs.Training, coaching, and evaluating production staff to support performance and development.Contribute to the company's positive company cultureMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Experience coordinating and supervising daily activities of production, business, or technical support teams.Setting up team priorities, assigning tasks, and aligning workflows with other supervisors to ensure objectives are met.Positive mindset, strong leadership skills and ability to work independently
