Production Supervisor

Precision Staffing, Inc. is actively seeking for qualified supervisors for a Lexington, Ky manufacturer. We are seeking Production Supervisors to lead manufacturing operations and oversee daily production activities, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and drive continuous improvement across the production floor.

Your Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate production team members on the assembly line, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to schedules
• Monitor factory operations to uphold safety protocols
• Maintain machinery and equipment, troubleshooting mechanical issues as needed
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, improve quality, and maintain safety standards
• Manage inventory levels within the manufacturing facility, including raw materials and finished goods
• Train and supervise new and existing employees on manufacturing procedures, safety practices, and proper use of equipment

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment and a clear understanding of production procedures in a high-volume facility
• Experience supervising staff in a fast-paced environment
• Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machinery and mechanical systems
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a safety-first culture
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and averaging
• Ability to interface with management regarding duties and future development of department
• Direct experience with Windows-based computers, use of personal computer, keyboard and software packages including Windows, Microsoft Office and MRP systems

Education requirement: Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.

There are multiple shifts available:

• Weekend Night Fri-Sun 6:00pm-6:30am
• Weekday Day Mon-Thurs 7am-5:30pm
