  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost performance
  • Plan and manage raw material usage and inventory to support production execution
  • Establish priorities for maintenance activities and support turnaround planning
  • Coach, develop, and support team members while managing staffing, performance, and labor relations within a union environment

Salary range $115,100 - $172,700 per year.  The posted salary range reflects the national average for this role. Final compensation may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications.  This role is eligible for an annual performance bonus in addition to base salary.

Benefits Summary:  Full Time positions are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with company match, discretionary company contribution, paid time off and holidays, and wellness programs.

  • Working knowledge of production processes, equipment, and industrial safety practices
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and production or maintenance planning tools
  • Experience working in a unionized environment and applying collective bargaining agreements preferred
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills

WHAT WE OFFER
