Job Summary:
- A growing food manufacturing organization is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations within its Indianapolis facility. This role is responsible for ensuring production efficiency, maintaining product quality, and upholding food safety standards. The supervisor will lead a small team and foster a positive, accountable work environment. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively support and communicate with the workforce.
Job Duties:
- Supervise daily production to meet safety, quality, and output goals.
- Lead, coach, and support a team of 8–10 production employees.
- Monitor production performance and maintain accurate records.
- Enforce food safety, GMP, and safety procedures.
- Communicate with leadership and support continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience; food production preferred.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Knowledge of production processes, safety, and quality standards.
- Familiarity with HACCP, SQF, or Lean principles is a plus.
