Purpose and Mission

• Salaried Professional responsible for overseeing the production operations, ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely to meet production targets and quality standards

Key Activities and Responsibilities

• Production Oversight: Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the production floor, ensuring that production schedules are met.
• Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate a team of production workers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Quality Control: Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications, implementing quality control measures as needed.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Resource Management: Coordinate the use of materials, equipment, and labor to optimize production efficiency.
• Troubleshooting: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the production process to minimize downtime.
• Reporting: Prepare and present production reports to upper management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as quality control, maintenance, and logistics, to ensure seamless production operations.

Previous Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a production supervisory role within a manufacturing environment

Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred
