You'll work alongside a dedicated team that values your effort and contributions every step of the way.What You'll Do As a Food Production Support Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Palletizing and moving products efficiently using pallet jacks to ensure timely shipping.*
- Supporting production line activities to maintain high efficiency and uphold product quality standards.*
- Case packing finished products and building pallets with careful attention to accuracy.*
- Following all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and strict food safety guidelines.*
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout your shift to promote safety and efficiency.
- The ability to stand comfortably for 8+ hours on concrete floors.*
- The physical strength to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.*
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on food safety.*
- Reliability, punctuality, and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.*
- Comfort working in a fast-paced production environment.*
- Relevant skills in Production and Manufacturing processes.
