Position Overview

As a Production Syrup Specialist, you will be responsible for producing beverage syrups that meet strict quality, flavor, and safety standards. Using established formulas and batch sheets, you will accurately measure, mix, and prepare syrups that supply our bottling lines. Your work directly impacts product consistency, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow detailed recipes, formulas, and batch instructions with precision
• Accurately measure ingredients and adjust quantities for varying batch sizes
• Operate and maintain batching and production equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure production areas and equipment are cleaned and sanitized in compliance with FDA and GMP requirements
• Evaluate syrup quality through visual inspection, texture, and taste checks
• Maintain complete and accurate batch records and production documentation
• Monitor syrup inventory, verify incoming materials, and report discrepancies
• Adhere to all safety policies and contribute to a clean, organized work environment

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable performing measurements, basic math, and calculations
• Reliable work ethic and commitment to safety
• Ability to follow procedures while remaining flexible and solution-oriented
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced production environment
• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous production, manufacturing, batching, or food/beverage experience is a plus, but not required
