Job Description
We have a wonderful opportunity for a Production Associate in Martinsburg, WV with a local manufacturer.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Must be detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records.
- Able to evaluate workflow and coordinate effectively with multiple departments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Will package manufactured products according to company standards.
- Will transport pallets, raw materials, finished products, and other materials throughout the facility.
- Install, unwind, and cut rolls used in the production process.
- Will make entries for rolls and materials entering the warehouse.
- Will load raw materials into machine hoppers and assist with production operations.
- Fill, transport, and organize agglomerate sacks and finished products.
- Will scan barcodes and move completed products to the warehouse.
- Arrange and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Will ensure production is completed according to the production schedule.
- Verify that products meet quality standards and report any concerns to management.
- Will notify supervisors of equipment malfunctions, deficiencies, or conditions that may disrupt production.
- Ensure package counts are accurate and free of errors.
- Inspect packages for defects and remove any foreign materials when necessary.
- Will operate packaging equipment and notify supervisors of any operational issues.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations, machinery, and warehouse areas.
- Will transport recyclable materials and production waste to designated recycling areas.
- Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Follow all safety procedures and use required safety and hygiene equipment.
- Participate in shift handoffs to communicate production status and workflow updates.
- Will perform other duties as assigned.
Hours:
- 2-2-3
- 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am
Pay Rate:
- $18.00
- $18.00 +$1.00 shift differential on night shift
