Job Description

Overview

We're hiring a skilled Production Tech to use our woodshop equipment to make plastic parts for our tooling and equipment-building operation.

You'll cut, shape, and finish plastic and PVC parts on traditional woodshop equipment like miter saws, table saws, router tables, and band saws. The parts you make become critical components in industrial machine assemblies running in factories around the world.

Why Join Us

  • Four-Day Week: Monday–Thursday schedule with three-day weekends, every week.
  • Global Reach: Your parts run inside industrial machines on factory floors worldwide.

  • Precision Measurement: Check critical dimensions before parts leave your station.
  • Quality Checks: Inspect finished parts and document measurements for traceability.
  • Safe Operation: Follow safe setup and operating practice on all shop equipment.
  • Shop Upkeep: Maintain tools and keep your station organized to 5S.
  • Documentation: Complete build records and data entry for the parts you make.
