Production Technician - 2Nd Shift

A 2nd‑shift Production Technician is needed to support the fabrication of antenna products, requiring production and soldering experience across a variety of manufacturing processes. On‑the‑job training will be provided to ensure all tasks are performed to a standard of 100% product quality. Success in this role requires a strong commitment to producing high‑quality work on schedule and maintaining professionalism while collaborating with colleagues across the organization. Initial training on 1st shift may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform eyeleting, drilling, lasing, print/etch processes, soldering to J‑STD‑001, and light assembly.

• Complete production and manufacturing tasks using hand tools, fabrication techniques, and provided training to ensure top‑quality output.

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong hand–eye coordination and manual dexterity.

• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Strong commitment to producing high‑quality work.

• Experience with bonding, lamination, and plating is desirable.

• Familiarity with common hand tools and fabrication equipment.

• Experience in military, aerospace, or government‑related industries is a plus.

• Flexibility to work at various production stations as needed.

• Meticulous record‑keeping and solid computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• 5–10 years of relevant work experience.

• U.S. citizenship required, with the ability to obtain a security clearance.
