- Accurately entering and managing training data within internal systems to meet compliance requirements and generate progress reports.*
- Organizing and maintaining training records to be audit-ready, ensuring documentation integrity.*
- Facilitating effective communication between supervisors, team members, and leadership to coordinate training activities smoothly and efficiently.
- Strong technical writing skills to produce clear, concise training documentation.*
- Manufacturing experience, comfortable working safely within a fast-paced production environment.*
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and the entire Microsoft Office Suite.*
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling effective coaching and collaboration.*
