Role: Production Trainer
Location: Portland, Oregon
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver on-the-job, classroom, and skills-based training in assembly and production areas
- Support the development and implementation of new training programs and manufacturing processes
- Track and maintain training records, certifications, and trainee progress
- Monitor and guide trainees, providing constructive feedback and direction
- Demonstrate advanced product assembly techniques and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Apply established work methods to routine production challenges and escalate complex issues when needed
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including FDA standards and internal procedures
- Experience in assembly of digital and analog circuitry/devices
- Strong hands-on skills with standard tools used in bio-instrument or medical device assembly
- Associate's Degree (preferred in Electrical/Mechanical Technology or related field)
- Experience in medical device manufacturing or similar regulated environment preferred
