Job Description
Lunds & Byerlys Lake Mills is currently hiring for self-directed and outgoing Production Worker I to produce high-quality products for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive hourly wage of $23.00/hr.
We operate 24 hours/day and 365 days/year. For this position we are looking for someone with availability around the hours of 7:30am-3:30pm.

PRODUCTION WORKER I RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Production Worker I's are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:
- Preparing and packaging a wide range of chef-crafted recipes
- Assisting Production Supervisor with leading, directing, and training production staff
- Ensuring productive workflow
- Ensuring completion of production paperwork for compliance
- Creating a welcoming and safe environment
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Education:
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience:
- Prior food manufacturing experience
- Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to interpret and follow recipes and procedures
- Knowledge of culinary practices and terminology preferred
