Job Description

Measure, cut, and assemble wood components to build doors
Operate sanding equipment, including orbital sanders and automatic sanding machines
Use a Uni-saw to cut wood to precise lengths
Stack and organize wood materials based on size and specifications
Glue and assemble wood pieces to create finished doors

What You Need to Bring to the Production Worker Role:

Must have at least 6 months experience working in a production or manufacturing role within the last 3 years
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodations
Must be able to read a tape measure
Must have mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools
Ability to stand and work on your feet for a 10-hour shift
Previous manufacturing or woodworking experience is helpful but not required – entry-level candidates welcome
Reliable transportation to the Princeton, MN area
